Hey dear, they can only give US account details if you have a certain amount on your account., the only thing you can do is to ask your friend if they have Payoneer Account, if they said yes, then send them your Payoneer email address, so that they can send you the money. That is all..... Please read the rules of withdrawal before sending them your Payoneer email address... If the money they want to send to you is no up to the amount you can withdraw, then don't use Payoneer. look for another way to collect money from them
