Today we were in Marquette Park Chicago for our 3rd 50 Yard Dumpster. The garage is one of worst hoarding I've ever seen. There is close to 100 cubic yards of junk in this garage. We had to break the door on the side entrance to get access.

Damn, the hoarder had an Eriksen Danish arm chair just tossed on the pile in that garage. I think I saw a second one, too. I just went on the net and found a website selling two of these chairs for $4,200. Holy cow!!!
That old fridge would probably fetch good money too…if it worked.
Wow! That's interesting to know. If only I had a store owner that would work with me. Maybe he could pretend to be on my crew and just buy all the antiques wholesale from me.

THIS IS NOTHING. my dad. after he passed. 22 dumpsters of crap. we have sold 36 hayracks of stuff at auction. we got 7 more racks of stuff left to sell. we got rid of 32 thousand pounds of scrap iron. us kids have been working on this 2 sheds for 8 years now.
Well I think the amount of material that a hoarder can hoard is based on how much property space they have. If someone has huge acreage and barns to fill up they can accumulate more than a hoarder in a small house. For a Chicago house this is the worst level of hoarding there is! Plus he lived in this house for 60 years!
Eff that. I would keep a dedicated cube van on every site, just to keep the good stuff, if any.. You threw out $2-300 just on the crockery.
