No single telescope is perfect for observing everything in the sky. For viewing planets of the sola system, you need a long focal length of the objective lens and variable eyepiece. For deep space observations, you need medium focal length objective lens and higher magnification eyepiece. You can also increase the magnification using an additional Barlow lens. This is for the refractive telescopes. Then there are good quality reflective and Dobsonian Cassegrain telescopes with lengthy focal lengths. Use a good quality dielectric 90 degree mirror with the refractor telescope. These toy telescopes are worth nothing.
