I love your videos . Thanks a lot . Can you please add some more variations videos for breaks ? U got now- 3 EASY Ways To Dance A Music BREAK In Bachata Sensual . I was looking for Intermediate and advanced variations of breaks.
Steps I do on a break - head roll (either for woman or for myself), cambre from Madrid in social closed position, reverse wave in pretzel, reverse wave in shadow, chest circles in shadow or pretzel, hip roll, body wave + dip, hip roll in hammerlock or fall forward
I do all of these all the time! Love the front/back chest isolations in shadow although I never feel I need to move my hand to the girl’s shoulder to lead them. For the circular chest isolation in shadow, is there any other way to lead them other than with the body? I know that the correct way is to initiate the lead with the body and the arm follows but I have been struggling to move my own chest in circles. It works sometimes during socials but I think that happens to an extent because of the music which changes from sharp beats to a break and the girl picks up on the music.
Hey there! Sorry for the late reply! Yes! It is optimal to lead the circular isoltions with your body but it is also possible to lead them only with your arm. You have to make sure that your forearm has connection with the right side of her body and from there you can move the body in circles, kind of like if you were making soup in a big pot 😊 hope that helps!
Hi not sure if you will see this comment. The thing that always confuses me with these movements, is the order of isolation. Would I be correct in saying the chest-hip from pinch is in the order of chest, hip, hip, chest, while the move from preztel and sit is hip, chest, chest, hip? 😅
Exactly! In theory, from both positions you can either start with the chest or with the hips, it just depends on where you did the preparation and where the energy is.
@@RobertoyMagdalenathanks for clarifying. Also the circular chest isolations in pretzel and shadow, is this lead with the leader's arms, chest, or both?
Teşekkürler.
Thank you so much for your support! 😍
Love the video, been looking for these. Sadly no one teaches them
