Super Crispy Potato Leek Rolls❗

- Ingredients List:
3 potatoes
5 phyllo dough
600 g leeks
1 cup of oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of flour
1 pack of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 coffee spoon chili pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
We chop the leeks. We pour some oil in the pan and start frying the leeks. Then we grate the potatoes and add the grated potatoes, salt, pepper and paprika into the pan. We prepare the sauce. We put oil, vinegar, flour and baking powder to the mixing bowl, then we crack a whole egg and only the white of the other egg and add a little salt. Mix all with a whisk. The leek mixture should cool down a bit. We lay the phyllo on the counter. First we spread our phyllo and spread the sauce on it, then we put the second phyllo and spread the sauce again. Then we cut the phyllo in half. Divide the dough into 16 pieces in total. We put the leek-potato filling on the phyllo and start wrapping it. We take the rolls on the baking tray on which we layed baking paper beforehand. We spread egg yolk on them. We sprinkle some black cumin and sesame. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Note; You can also bake the rolls until they turn golden brown without spreading any egg yolk on them. You can also store them in the freezer. We got 40 rolls in total.
