Hey, what's going on guys? In this video, I'm here to share an important tip for tenants to help avoid any move-out disputes with your property manager.
A common statement property managers hear from tenants when they move out is, "I'm giving you the property better than you gave it to me."
To avoid any confusion or issues, here's my advice:
    1. Take Photos: Before moving in, take detailed photos of the property. Capture every room, fixture, and any existing damages.
    2. Complete a Condition Report: Fill out a condition report as per the timeframe specified in your lease. Document the state of the property and any pre-existing issues.
    3. Submit to Property Manager: Send the completed condition report and photos to your property manager or landlord promptly. This will serve as your record of the property's condition when you moved in.
Having these steps in place ensures you have solid evidence to support your claims and prevents any misunderstandings.
Remember, property managers often have their own photos and records, so it's important to have your own for comparison.
I hope this helps! If you found this video useful, don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more tips and advice. Take care!
