Great video it’s been over 30 years since I’ve done any studio work and I’ve recently become a granddad and would like to now try set up a bit of a home studio for the visit’s I’m currently shooting a r6ii and have some half decent lenses the sigma 50mm art 1.4 which I used for a Christmas shoot with the lovely Christmas tree light bokeh balls I also have the canon ef 100& 200 mm f2.8 lenses but on that shoot I didn’t have enough room to use the 100 mm I love the breakdown of the 3 stage set up as my last studio work was just portraits a backdrop a snoot light on the background another for hair backlights then 2 soft boxes up front mixing them up a touch Can you tell me have you tried any of the 135 w continuous light soft boxes that you kinda see on such as eBay around £40 each as obviously I’m not a pro but would like to see if these are any good 👍
@@TheSlantedLens I ended up with a bargain 3 godox strobes soft boxes brolie snoot barn doors remote trigger stands gels honey come 7” dish several Bowen mount adapters along with 18 x 7x5 backdrops basicly full set up for £140 I’m well chuffed now just need to. Lear rest a garage out

Nicely done! What white balance did you set for your camera? Or did you set a specific color temperature - like 5500?
I set the color temperature at 5600 degrees.
@@TheSlantedLens Thank you!

Toddler’s are easier than weddings, way to much drama at weddings.😊
Yeah, weddings are pretty tough. Lots of emotions going on.
