What a blessing to have that new grass to help save your hay till actually needed. I Could sit all day and watch them graze.. I love the sound of them biting when grazing ..😊you have a beautiful herd to be proud of. Each breed are really enjoying the new find. Tfs your videos with us viewers.
Rag weed and lambs quarter have kept us going this summer. I’ve read it’s good quality forage but it’s low on their preference list. They have to be desperate to eat it , but it seems like it’s kept most of them in decent condition considering they are all in heavy lactation right now.
I deleted a few comments on accident, if it was yours I apologize

I love watching them graze. Thanks for the kind words, take care.
Great job keeping things thriving during a tough time!
Ragweed is supposed to be really high protein forage.

I would be interested to know if they continue to eat those now that they have learned to eat them.@@stringerbridgefarm3201
