Making plans ahead of the pandemic has been a no-win situation. And there remain no clear guidelines on how best to re-open and STAY open. But opportunities are presenting themselves, and some protocols leave room to manoeuvre, giving smart planners options for a careful return to business. This session will offer eight simple steps to create a safe and still effective work environment, including symptom screening platforms, minimizing face-to-face interactions, and conducting music events with screened invitees as required by the state and province. Even if it takes baby steps, we’ll get there.
