Our judicial system is broken on so many different levels. We are gradually turning into a Third World Country. The guy that got hit most likely is not here legally. He doesn't speak a word of English but is driving around in a Jeep in one of the most expensive places to live in our country. I know because I lived there for 30 years and left in disgust because of all the illegal immigration going on there.
Pelosi driving around in a 100K car because he is able to make millions from information and tips that his wife is giving him. His wife's nephew is the governor of the state and can pressure various agencies to give favorable treatment. The DA is distantly related to the Pelosi's and thus is going soft by filing misdemeanor charges rather than the appropriate felony charges, given the severity of the crime / crash. It all stinks!
We The People need to clean this rotten mess out by throwing all these corrupt people out of office. Even the judges are so corrupt! From the President to the House Speaker to our Governor, they all need to be replaced, 'cause they're all horribly corrupt.

My brother got a DUI when he left his house because his wife and him had an argument, went out to the car in winter and started it to keep warm, they said it was intention to drive intoxicated, and he didn't even leave, he simply fell asleep and that's where they found him, asleep he didn't even have on a shirt, coat or shoes in the dead of winter, in a blizzard with 12 inches of snow on the ground... and he was charged and fined way more than this?.. HMMM no wedding ring? deployed passenger airbag? anyone getting a Kennedy vibe or is it just me..

In Pennsylvania if you get one DUI (without an accident) you lose your license for three months, have to attend classes, have to attend group counseling AND have to meet with a probation officer. This is a joke. God bless~

Im youngish and had a cardiac event, they still arrested me for DUI and tried to claim I was intoxicated from a medication I've been on for 17yrs. It cost my $8k and 3yrs of court. I lost my license for medical for 2 months and sent to a cardiologist 😤

Our judicial system is broken on so many different levels. We are gradually turning into a Third World Country. The guy that got hit most likely is not here legally. He doesn't speak a word of English but is driving around in a Jeep in one of the most expensive places to live in our country. I know because I lived there for 30 years and left in disgust because of all the illegal immigration going on there.
Pelosi driving around in a 100K car because he is able to make millions from information and tips that his wife is giving him. His wife's nephew is the governor of the state and can pressure various agencies to give favorable treatment. The DA is distantly related to the Pelosi's and thus is going soft by filing misdemeanor charges rather than the appropriate felony charges, given the severity of the crime / crash. It all stinks!
