I know right. Kojima makes focuses more on story amd cutscenes. Makes me cringe when snake(both of em) pulls of stunts in cutscenes than in the actual game
Splinter Cell has very detailed gameplay animations while the MGS franchise (Kojima) always had almost an obsession for details in cutscenes like the way Snake handle and dismantle his gun, CQC and other stuff. There's one cutscene from MGS4 that blows my mind until this day which happens at chapter 3 on the church right where Snake finds Eva.
The most big difference in between both of them is that in splinter cell is about completing the mission by 2 ways either killing or avoiding the guards where in mgs you have to choose how to complete the mission either just storming in or doing it like a ninja that is total stealth no kills or By using the environment by finding the main spots or hiding spots.Well I know the developers of mgs series make the stealth animations a little bit non-realistic but because in the game there are so many things you can do like explore the map or first recon the area you are going to sneak in and that makes it more realistic I know Except the cardboard box 📦 thing but hey that’s what Kojima put in for fun right? So overall I think nowadays Splinter cell has lowered down cause in the blacklist and convection you have to proceed your way through either killing or avoiding the enemies and that makes it kinda boring because in Chaos Theory there were many creative ways to proceed like using your gadgets but it’s just like run to the objective and do the same shit again. So after comparing both of the games I think METAL GEAR SERIES IS BETTER THAN SPLINTER CELL IN GAMEPLAY. Sorry folks but in person my opinion MGS is the best
I like metal gear solid more because the level design is better. Splinter Cell is about running from point a to point b, getting to the next stage and again running from a to b. The metal gear solid games are like you have an open area and have to actually find your targets. Like mgs ground zero you have to identify two targets and kill them in a wide prison complex. Or the fight against the end in mgs3. As I said splinter cell is about getting from a to b
SC gameplay is fun but also more linear and has a mainstream story. I like both but MGS is on another level. Playing SC Blacklist on the one x - looks awesome in 4K 😍
As much as I like Snake (I know the one that are using in the video is Venom Snake) in this one, I love more Sam Fisher, I see his animation more fluid in this case of gaming, but in the same time I love the storytelling of Metal Gear and in my personal view, I love from MGthat when you carry a body, ypu can run without problem meanwhile in Splinter Cell Sam became a bit slow and you must pray the enemy don't catch you in the process, they have their pros and cons, either way I wish we could see both characters working together in some of a crossover or something... 👀👀👀👀💞💞💞💞💞👍👍👍👍👍
Personally, I think both move quite realistically, however Sam is much tenser than Snake whose movements just seem to flow. I also think that these differences telegraph their personalities. Venom Snake is very calm, almost mellow, while Sam feels significantly more aggressive in addition to climbing/jumping a lot more. Even that kind of makes sense. Venom Snake barely kills, while Sam kills a lot of people.
Metal Gear Solid is more about tactics and thinking. You have to explore the map to find items that will help you, you can interrogate enemys to find new weapons and locations, you have to use camo, high grass, etc., you have many options and mechanics like „hands up“, the whole cqc system, the option if you sneak in, look for a sniping spot, use your binoculars to mark targets and so on. You have to find your tactic and develop your own gameplay. Splinter Cell is the stealth equivalent to call of duty, where you have just one option (going in stealth) and be unseen. Its more an action game without some tactical background. Also the movement of snake is more realistic while sams movement is more hollywood. I think mgs has the better story, gameplay, open leveldesing instead of the linear desing, more options, better mechanics etc. Splinter Cell is just getting from a to b while being not seen. Change my mind
Mgs5 has very good physics compared to blacklist You can feel the movement is very realistic in mgs5 while playing the game, and afgan side open world and plenty of stuffs to do 👌 Blacklist physics is not very good but the stealth is awesome and linear 😉 I played both the games Both are awesome
MGS series good story telling and graphics SplinterC. very skillfull character good agility. can knockdown/kill enemy amazingly faster, execution using pistol looks like john wick . . . my vote for gameplay matter SCB but graphics and story wise MGS
I am a big fan of metal gear series, but I`m always shocked by how Splinter cell series make motions and animations realistic.

Bui Minh wow thats the most retarded argument 😅
Ubisoft have great mocapping skills
Bui Minh not always mgsv is not complete you dont know maybe if they finished it its going to be very realistic
Blacklist better faster movement,Snake is slowly walking

METAL GEAR SOLID ES LO MEJOR❤
This metal gear game is on Xbox One. Splinter Cell game is on Xbox 360 big difference.
Josh Monroe except it's also on the 360, not one exclusive...
@Charlie Nagal you can't run faster than a horse in splinter cell
Splinter cell ❤
At 0:10 the spelling of blacklist :)
my fault . sorry about that : /
And it says "Solis" :l
For more realistic action splinter cell is best
He is not Big Boss. He is Venom Snake( My fake father.)
Solid Snake he is ur medic boss.... And why the hell are u on youtube you must be dead by now XD
I must be dead but you can feel the my soul...
@@solidsnake2141
No if he feels this then this means that you are inside his body now
And control it
Like Liquid Snake
Venom Snake is still Big Boss. According to the real Big Boss Venom Snake was worthy of the title so therefore he is also Big Boss.
NO THAT IS NOT SOLID SNAKE
Did Sam Fisher destroy fully functioning robot that can launch nuclear weapons?I don't think so
Snake is an unrealistic japanese anime character

Death animations? What about the animation of Snake jumping from a ledge (after pressing triangle) and rolling if the fall is high enough?

sam, he look agility than snake.

Splinter cell es mejor, ya que no es fantástico y es más real en movimiento.
I hope they do it across the universe video game Sunday for the PS5 metal gear and splinter cell
if splinter cell has their on like RE engine or Fox engine
I love them both but SPLINTER CELL ALL THE WAAAY❤❤
You really miss the two franchises didn't you?
They kept me waiting . They are still keeping me waiting
Better comparison would be 2008 Metal Gear Solid.
And Splinter Cell conviction 2010.
Just compare between Snake and Sam in the latest of their series :)
Oh you are real sam!!
i just love these 2 series and want to compare between the best of them(how sam and snake move) without a reason.
MGS series good story telling and graphics SplinterC. very skillfull character good agility. can knockdown/kill enemy amazingly faster, execution using pistol looks like john wick . . . my vote for gameplay matter SCB but graphics and story wise MGS

You wonder who is stronger ? i think it's should be snake because he can bear out the MG's weight in Peace Walker. hehe
Sam Fisher is only one left then snake already die and metal gear solid series is dead too and so splinter cell comes soon
This doesnt prove anything all you compared was their animations that doesnt make any sense are you going make more of these or no?
I m planning for make more of comparision video if it done you ll see it. thank you.!
Splinter cell all the way
Big boss
Snake is the teacher of Sam Fisher.
Splinter cell e mais realista e com gráfico mais bonito
This means Splinter cell is more realistic and more beautiful graphic than MGSV ,right?
