Thinkin I may roll my stock bars up a bit lite that dude did in your last vid. Just to see if it looks and feels better. Until i get my vault mitered 8" bars.
To me, it looks better but the angle at which the bars splay outwards isn't meant for the higher height. Looks like it might put unneeded outward strain on the wrists.
I flipped my mirrors on my road king vicla with 16 apes and all I saw was my arm pits lol. I would luv to have them flipped to compete the look but I have no idea 😕on how to fix my problem smh
Has anyone tried to flip/switch stock mirrors on the stock lower rise bobber bars? Not mini apes. Interested if tank contact, or if you can make them work. If not, just probably go bar end or get 12” bars. Trying to avoid extending cables on ABS bike. Thanks!
I wouldn't sell your solution short. This is actually one of the better options beccause in the end the best quality mirrors are the oem ones that come with Scout.. Mr Lucky's look cool but i don't believe they are convex, so the quality of view isn't quite there. and I've tried the under handle bar end mirrors but those hit my leg when I full turn... for me personally this will work the best. Thanks for this video.
Thanks man. I do love the stock mirrors quite a bit too, both for their look and function. I only wish I could find some dark horse mirrors to replace them with to go along with the colors of my bike a bit better.
@@InvictvsNox Yup same problem. I blacked out my Scout 60 and the chrome doesn't really fit anymore. That said, rather than buying the same mirrors in black again, I'm going to sand the mirrors to get a good scuff evenly across them and then spray them Rustoleum Matte finish Black paint for metal and chrome. (Wheel Paint). We will see!

hey bro,, thanks for the video very helpful and I have the same set up but I plastic dipped the mirrors for now..
I'd actually love to do that with mine. Good idea!
I've actually been thinking of just getting the scout bobber bars and using those
That is definitely an option! I just like my mini-apes for comfort.
Did you get the 22 or 25mm?
I live in cali so I want to turn the mirrors to give my bike a more narrow profile and allow for easier lane splitting

They just gotta be dialed in just right.
Mine are almost at the end of their travel to see properly.

Don't the bobber bars come with lowered bar-end mirrors anyway?
InvictvsNox not the 2020 bobber sixty.
Thanks for the video exactly what I was looking for.
Very happy to hear that, thank you!
Great video, man. Don't know if it matters, but did you buy the 22mm or 25mm? Thanks
