- today we take alook at the reptile pick ups from flora fuana. this was the most ive ever spent at a reptile expo but we got some amazing geckos. this includes crested gecko, and a brand new project the leachies.

This year I got my first 7 ball python eggs, 2 lechie eggs, 6 gargoyle gecko eggs, and 2 leopard gecko eggs. Around 1000 more eggs to get back the money I invested. 🤣. Here is to cash poor but lizard rich. Rather love reptiles then money.

Just a heads up but You should have intumescent paint over your spray foam because that can catch fire fairly easy and burns fast and hot . I can tell by the color that it doesn’t have it . Unless you cover it with drywall than you don’t need it

@@Dakotahblueexotics Law of averages would say so. Wife just had us buy a $2500 Lily gal that was paired with a 100% het axanth. Got 2 clutches of eggs incubating rn. Hopefully it sticks for us too!

With the lechies, if theyre not already roomies.. good luck 😅 females are very picky you know the deal. Once theyre together do not use the male for any other females or she will reject him for cheating. Also im un the uk and 2k for a gecko (or even 1k each!?) Mine was like £350/400 which is still like 450/500$ and hes the same cross species. Think i got a deal!

@@Dakotahblueexotics Many do, it will express it's self het or homozygous. And things get more weird when super stripe is added. I don't really like it being a correction I just like people having the proper knowledge

They are around 2.5 years at this point give or take.
@@Dakotahblueexotics mine are as well. i have a nuu anaxnuu ami male and a nuu ami female that i am pairing next year too. got the male at a reptile expo for $450 bucks. the guy had traded a snake for it at another expo and it had kinks up and down its tail. he thought it was mbd. so he sold it to me for $450. it was just dehydrated from the travel and growing. it was a super score for me.

There are definitely hets for crested geckos however I was wrong with my wording for empty back. It is infact incomplete dominant not recessive
