There are numberous examples in the Bible about overcoming the trouble you have. You go through the trouble not over it.

John 3:16 tells us about His love however Revelation 3:16 shows us a sign of His wrath! A no nonsense scripture so we must be no nonsense Christians. I wanna experience His love not His wrath.
