Whenever I’m stressed, i am going to watch those moment of calm videos and remember that life is really strange.

This game has a special place in my heart. Although I already finished the game for a few months now, I still miss it from time to time! Can’t wait for the release of LIS 2. However, I’m still sad about the fact that we will never see Max and Chloe again😢

Life is strange is not a game, not a movie, but a work of art. I experienced emotions I never knew I had when playing this creation. LIS has truly change my life and given me a new perspective on everything. Thank you Deck Nine and DontNod for creating the best storytelling experience I've ever had.

Every time I see a video or something related to this game I feel a hole on my stomach, it’s so cool the feelings they achieved to transmit to me
Only life is strange can make me feel so sad and desolate, yet happy and fulfilled at the same time. It really is a weird feeling.
I know exactly what you mean. It has this bittersweet taste to your soul and emotions. The weird thing is that you start to enjoy feeling with and for the characters...even crying feels somehow nice and you want to do it again...certain songs from the Soundtrack trigger These emotions for me.
For that reason I can't listen to "Mountains" by Message to Bears because I remember Chloes Desperate crying and screaming as If I was there. Its Just a Video Game but damn it definitely gets to you.
This track always gives me the chills. Especially at this part I kinda noticed, how much I'm missing out on an actual friend like Chloe or Rachel. Even as a boy I wish, I had such a good friendship.
I always felt like it was the "moments of calm" that truly gave LiS its flavor. No other game adds moments like these. It's the whole "stop to smell the roses" mentality that just works so well in games. You get a chance to slow things down and think about all that has happened thus far. I think moments of reflection are *criminally underestimated* in story-telling.
They're criminally underestimated in life as well. It's a constant go go mentality all day everyday. Taking time to step back and look at yourself and your life is very important. I'm glad Life is Strange added that to their game.
So true :( and just how the games romanticise life, even if some scenes can be gruesome or terrifying for the characters, they still go through it all and survive. And I'm so glad most scenes are calm, as well as the music too. 🩷 All life is strange games are my comfort games.
I want the Life is Strange team to know, I, when I die, the time I was alive, you made my life feel like it had a meaning, a little more special, and like it had a purpose, Chloe was all apart of ones imagination for millions, and happened to strike me down, but that doesn’t mean her story can’t be related to others or her pain, like the pain I share with her, and what my story will be. You really left an imprint on me, and I cant explain how but you’ve managed to hit my soul with what “definition” really means. All within time... this life can be Strange.
if all of life is strange was just walking around blackwell and arcadia bay, talking to people and sitting down for a bit every once in a while, i might love it even more?

Oh, well. This song makes me feel that everything disappears and I can think a little about what bothers me, but "I can't live here anymore" also makes me feel a little bit strange (c:) about those weird sounds which I'm trying to decipher :))
I'm so glad this series is back. Some absolutely amazing music that helps me study. I love how this soundtrack sounds slightly more desperate and somehow a bit more depressing... When Chloe thinks about life, it has a slightly more sad tone in these Moments of Calm when compared to Max's. Love it so much!

I love this variation of the song, "I can't live here anymore". Gives me nostalgic feels of my childhood but also gives me a sadness for the future. I struggle with trying to find a path in life at the age of 28. I haven't been able to truly leave my home town. Im currently taking care of my mom as she has congestive heart failure. Its really hard to fight between the urge to leave and be on my own, but also I don't want to leave my mom behind. Plus my dad passed away 3 weeks after I was born. My mom had to drive from one town to the next to visit us both in seperate hospitals.
I can't imagine the pain my older siblings and mom had to face. The feeling of sadness and grief didn't really hit me until now recently within a year or so. It hurts so much not being able to have felt a hug or a forehead kiss from him.
All of these games gives me comfort. It makes me feel calm and take a step back to reflect and just think about what has happened. I've replayed these games probably a dozen of times and i never get tired of it.

One thing I hated was why, why, WHY could there not be a happy ending with an alternate timeline that didn't match with the original LIS. It was such a gut punch...

Can't wait for Life is Strange 2!! I'm sad that we won't be able to see Chloe again but I think her story has been told perfectly and I'm so excited to see the new characters, I know I'm going to love them just like every other LIS character. I'm hoping there will be someone with a different power that will maybe explain why and how they came to have it, but I also like the mystery since LIS is so much more than just a game about rewinding time. Aaahhhhh I'm just so excited!! 🌈
