Terrific overview. As a hobbyist I only sporadically use LRC, so while I can do a few things pretty well, there are definite gaps in my knowledge. This sort of high level overview is very helpful for reinforcing what I know, but more important, showing me very quickly what I can do better. Thanks!

Great post. Is there a way to automatically set the lens corrections, so lightroom knows what lens you have used and applies the lens corrections?

Thanks Walter. I just use a preset that automatically has Lens Correction checked. Lightroom is pretty good at automatically detecting which lens you use, but it isn't perfect. Sometimes I do have to search for it.
