It has the look and feel of a site built home, it is a 3 bed 2 bath home 10 foot ceilings, beautiful Master suite, walk in closets in all the bedrooms, a mud room, beautiful kitchen and so much more than I can describe!

I couldn't believe this is a Clayton home. It is absolutely stunning, finally not the ugly, dark, busy, wood floors and dark, busy back splash, Clayton finally arrived, with this home to rival the growing competition. Now as for the price, too expensive for a three bedroom, but thank Nate for sharing🥳

This house is stunning! Love all the colors, especially the flooring with the white trim and cabinetry; I wouldn't even want carpeted bedrooms, how about that!

Guest bathroom. Yes finally a nice one with drawers. Kitchen and dining area very nice. Master bedroom and bath very elegant EXCEPT FOR BARN DOOR. LOOKS CHEAP on such a nice home.

Thank you Todd! This one is lovely, very nice fixtures and well-appointed, but I don't think I'd pay that much for a 3 bed home. I may have to though, everything is getting so very expensive!

What dealers have an extra large single wide? Do they make them wider and longer to give more room in bedrooms?

There are some manufacturer that will make 18' wide ones, but standard is usually 14' to16'. I'm not sure what the different dealers offer.
