Slider Burgers Recipe
Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb ground beef
BBQ sauce
Hot sauce (if desired)
chopped pickles
2-3 Tbsp butter. melted
Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. Cook and crumble ground beef in a skillet over med-high and season as desired. Drain grease if necessary and then add BBQ sauce and hot sauce. Cut rolls in half and top with meat mixture. (I also added sliced cheese and dill pickle chips). Place tops on the rolls and brush with garlic butter. Put in the oven, uncovered, for just about 10 minutes.

We sure will continue to pray for y'all, sweet friend. My hubby, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law are all Marines and father-in-law is Army. They served over 60 years between them.
Anyone in any branch of the Army needs our prayers, our love and our support. They risk their life to protect us and anybody in the Countries they are deployed. We all know someone who gave their life to make our great Country what it is today. Bravo and many prayers for your grandson Tina Short. May God bring him back to you with love and respect toward your family.

My son who is 20, is currently serving in the Air Force, and it’s hard on him being away. It’s equally difficult on us as family members who have to see our children and grandchildren go off to serve. It’s painful and emotionally draining. I will be praying for you and your family, as well as your grandson. Please know, his journey in the Military is going to make him truly a better man, and he will flourish in a world where many won’t. Write him often when he’s away, you have no idea how much that brightens their days when they are away. Many blessings and prayers to you and your family, the Lord will be the light on his path! 🙏✝️❤️

I made this Turkey and Rice skillet. I cheated and used a Continental Brand Fried Rice to add. (Australia)
It made heaps and I'm absolutely addicted to it!
First food prep meal I've done, where I don't want to stab my eye with a fork because I have to keep eating it.

The skin and bone of chicken has a lot of flavor to add to any dish, you can always cook with it then remove it before serving.
Since I'm a slider girl myself. Put sliced cheese on the bottom roll before you put your meat on and it keeps the rolls from getting to soggy.

I recently saw on another show that if you want a beefy flavor out of turkey you add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
A super, yummy video again. Made even better by the occasional assistant chef of course! Super recipes, all of which will be tried. I’m sure you may know this already, but I cam across a helpful hint when using a meat masher. If you spray it with a vegetable oil spray before using it, the ground meat doesn’t stick to the tool.

We've been using ground bison since my son got one processed from a ranch. I like it better than beef and no hormones or antibiotics are in it and it is very lean. Worcestershire sauce usually has anchovies in it so we can't use it because my husband is allergic to fish. We use Teriyaki instead or soy sauce.I love the slider idea. Great for a party or a crowd.
I bet if u used Soy + Brown Mustard u might get that same zing that comes from W Sauce! Poor guy. I love W Sauce. ❤

Love watching real not fancy being prepared. Just a little suggestion, go easy with the paprika when cooking. Living in Louisiana for 50yrs, I've learned that paprika turns dark brown when used when cooking in the oven, or pan fried. It's what makes blackened foods black.

Hello Mandy - I want to tell you how much we enjoy your videos! I have learned a lot. We made your tartar sauce the other day, and it was the best ever! This past weekend we made the Straight out of Heaven casserole - it was SO good! Glad it made enough for leftovers for lunch this week.

Hmm, with the chopper. Maybe when doing an onion turn it around, might give a better angle for the push. These all look really good. Another great vid. Also, Boar's Head products are great. If you see them, try them. I was in the business for quite a long time. They are A-1. Slightly more $, worth every penny.

I make your mini meatloaves subbing BBQ flavored pork rinds all crushed up.. in place of the bread crumbs. Saves a ton of carbs, yum! Esp since you guys were showing pork rinds, figured I'd mention for anyone interested.
I was so tempted to stop at White Castle today while I was out. I love a couple of sliders every 6 months or so.

My aunt gave me a recipe for chicken thighs. That's similar except it uses barbecue rub. But you start them skin side down for 10 minutes and then you flip them. Skin side up for 12 to 15 minutes to finish them off and crisp up the skin. They are perfect every time.
I work for a Boar’s Head purveyor and love that cheese. It’s also awesome on French dips!

I make my chicken thighs like that all the time and also use the air fryer 🙂 I pair mine with the same veggies but make cauliflower mashed instead of rice to keep it low carb for me. Yum Yum Yum 😋

Honestly it is a bit above what we would normally pay for meat, but I keep seeing that companies are adding different things to the meats and I just don't want that for my family. We grow as many veggies as we can but living in the city we cannot grow our own meat.

I made chicken tenders with ranch seasoning the other night and my very picky husband loved them. Tell Steven to wipe more grease on the napkin and it'll taste better.
