Hey TJ, first I must say I am totally in love with your videos :) I have a question about the intensity can you tell which is the best to use ? I watched your videos maybe I missed it but I did not remember if there was somthing about it. I dont want to do anything wrong by using this device and lossing fat on my face. Would be great if you can explain or give me an advice. Thank you very much.
Hi Saman 👋😊 I use a level 5 on my jaw, neck and forehead. A level 3/4 on my upper eyelid area and lower cheeks and a level 2/3 for my upper cheeks. If you want to avoid fat loss, try a treatment for 30 minutes total and wait 6 weeks. If you don't see any fat loss, do another treatment once every 4 weeks until you are at your skin goals 😊
Sure your skin looks really good! Better? Here is a major difficulty: assessing progresses as pictures must be taken with same APN, same light conditions and same angles... On other thing that helps in long term is use of Retin-A (retinoic acid, used over 3 weeks cures).
Thanks Victor. Retin-A is amazing, but unfortunately my skin is just too sensitive for it 😭 I try to keep lighting and angles as consistent as I can, but ultimately I'm a small creator with basic tools for now. I have just ordered a microscope camera to really look at the skin in detail, which I'm excited to do more. Personally, how my skin was in October to how it is today is my own marker I use for improvements 😊 thanks for the awesome tips though, much appreciated.
Great video! Just wondering if you have ever tried the MINI HIFU ? I love RF and have two machines at home. I would like extra tightening for the neck area. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
Hi Theresa. I actually received my new Mini HIFU machine a few days ago. I'm still on a treatment break to let my skin rest and repair properly so once I'm done, I'll be digging deeper into its effectiveness and get some videos uploaded. Thanks 😊
Hey there! Thank u so much for ur great videos! I just got the machine and i used it twice according to ur videos! I have some doubts though: 1. Does the radio-frequency machine help close the pores especially in the nose area? 2. What are the recommended movements for the neck area while using the machine? Thank u so much and keep up the good work! Btw ur skin looks fantastic!
Hiiii. Radiofrequency will help minimise pores briefly, but not permanently. Unfortunately, the only real way to minimise pores is to have facial fillers to plump up the skin or laser treatment. The more collagen and fat you have on the face, the smaller the pores will be. On the neck, make sure you avoid the voice box and thyroid gland area (centre of neck). An up and down motion works great here. Start toward the decolletage and work upwards toward your chin in large strokes - then sweep back down. I would say 15 minutes for each side would be sufficient (depending on intensity level). 🤗

Hello Tj Thank you so much for your videos, I am eagerly waiting for your reply I have a beard cover my jawline and half of my cheeks, while I can use it for my forehead, do you recommend I shave it off? I would like to make my nose area a bit tighter as I have frown lines over there, what is the recommended way?
Just a little bit of Vaseline is all. My lips are naturally pink instead of red. I used to get teased about it when I was younger, but I love them now. 😁
Hi. I've not personally had fillers or Botox so wouldn't like to say for sure. I know with Botox you're supposed to avoid heat, so I would say ask your esthetician or cosmetic doctor. I don't want to say yes for sure as I know Botox and fillers cost a lot and I wouldn't want to be responsible for destroying any results they provide. Sorry I can't give a firm answer.
I've actually done a video covering this exact topic (does RF cause facial fat loss). Unlike professional level RF such as Thermage, home devices are highly unlikely to cause noticable fat loss if used correctly. With that said, there's always a risk of it happening. Everything from genetics, age, diet and other types of treatment can have an effect. I always recommend to go low and slow and build up until you reach what works best for you. Most issues happen when people go full power everyday as it takes around 6 weeks to notice fat coming away from the face. Hope this answers your question. 🙂
@@TJTutorials Thanks so much for that reply. I'm currently binge-eatching your channel and enjoying the wealth of information you offer from your own experience.
I just opened my RF machine, applied gel, turned my machine on and started over my brow, and feel norhing- am I supposed to feel any electricity, as I would with a dermawand?
Hi Dana A. You shouldn't feel anything other than heat. No electricity or muscle movement. When you have it on your skin, are the 5 red LEDs on the machine flashing? Also, what level do you have it on. It takes a few seconds to warm up, but the lights should be blinking when the RF is active (push the on/off button). Also, unscrew then re-screw the white wand cable nice and firmly into the main unit and try again. 🙂 Let me know if this helps.

Great video, very informative! I do have a couple of questions.. How long should you wait between a RF treatment and micro-needling? I saw you used aloe vera before and now you're using a conducting gel, can you use Hyaluronic Acid instead? the more I watch your videos, the more I want one of these machines, but the price fluctuates so much! I found one on Amazon for $65 USD, then another one for $98 USD and one for $195 USD! one that keeps on showing on my searches is the Silk'n Titan. Have you tried that one?
Hey 😊 you can actually do microneedling right after RF (video on the way) there are actual machines that combine the two, so I've been experimenting with two separate machines in one treatment. As a minimum, you should try to space RF out at monthly intervals. Microneedling varies depending on the needle depth. I actually switch between Aloe Vera and Conductive gel, depending on which is nearest to me at the time of filming. They both work equally as well - it's just preference that determines which to use. By all means, add a few drops of hyaluronic acid to the mix if you want. RF helps push product deeper, so it won't hurt to do it. Keep browsing the devices, add them to your basket and watch them. Promos are always coming up on them. I got a mini HiFu for $52 down from $158. Also, check other country sites. Amazon UK tends to be much cheaper than the US site. As does the German one. 😊 I've not tried the Silk n Titan, but I'll have a look at it and see what it's all about. Hope this gave you some answers to your questions. 😉
Hi! I recently went through the same thing with the 3 options and got the $98 “beauty star” one delivered about 3 weeks ago.
