You need a rice cooker (Zojirushi) and make your rice ... it's so much better than the frozen. Just my (and millions of Asians') opinion! LOL

You encouraged me to move more. I live in Saudi, so a gym is pretty much required if I want to get any kind of exercise because just taking a walk outside is not necessarily a year-round activity plus there’s nothing I wanna see. I joined the gym and it turns out that I am not competitive with anybody but myself. I have been getting my moneys worth out of my gym membership, which is more than most people I know can say so. I’m pretty proud of myself about that but I feel so good when I’m done not physically, but emotionally satisfied I don’t know how to explain it. The other day I left at 6 AM I mean I literally got to the gym before the regular staff did. There was only cleaners there. So I finished I went home and then I took a nap and I went and did all the things I normally do and sometimes in the middle of the day I thought I’d need to get to the gym gym or I’ll be slacking today and then I remembered I had already been. That was honestly awesome. so this has been going on a few months now and it feels good and I wanted to thank you for just the idea that moving can feel good because it does. I have noticed improvements and certain things but thats just the cherry on top. The thing is every day that I go. I feel like I’m winning. I am 57 and I don’t know about endorphins or anything, but I just feel chuffed that I went at all.

LOL I love your grocery hauls… I Drew is so funny,, loved when he realized he didn’t get spaghetti noodles and then the burp as he walks thru.. but then the funniest moment that you guys didn’t recognize as “a moment” LOL was when you took the apple chips and Banana chips out of the bag and you said “I loooove fruit chips…. So good” 😂 I was thinking “yes we all know you like bananas, I mean you did just buy 8 bunches recently” LOL!!! Makes me giggle every time I see bananas now in a store.. By the way we buy them and freeze them on cookie sheets after we peel them and then when frozen we put them in freezer bags for our smoothies.. makes them extra good… so if you ever find yourself ordering 8 bunches again 😂 LOL You could freeze for smoothies.. 😊
