@@KinoYoga thank you for answering! I´ve tried with ustrasana but when I drop my head I start to feel my shoulders trapezius and my head really tight. It was hard to me to maintain the posture
When I roll through and into plow (ever since I’ve had my kids & definite back issues, even with daily extensive yoga practice) I can feel one vertebrae (same one every time) click in and out of place on my way back and then again on my way out of it.. I do have PT Appt coming up, but I only have soo much faith in physical therapy, as I’ve gone for months before with very little to no long-term change or relief!! Any suggestions??
You are pumping blood in the belly. Is it wise long term? I did similar exercises in the past, when realised that they can be detrimental to health if done too often, too energetic. For what age group (yes, it matters) are these videos?
Is the yoga need this kind of dressing or there is something behand of it could be showing off legs and enjoining watching hot legs i am not for yoga i am here for hot legs love it to be honest
