- If you have watched my Be The Sun in Manila Ticket Selling Experience video, you probably know that I also bought a ticket for Be The Sun in Bangkok because I got frustrated with the ticketing here in Manila. So in this video, I did a tutorial on how to buy tickets in Thailand, especially on Thai Ticket Major.

Actually I don’t know which is easier po 🤣 With Thailand, I bought my ticket days after the ticket selling started so I don’t know how it works if I’ll compete with other buyers. With Korea, I was able to secure tickets within 19 minutes.

hey, thank you so much for making this tutorial it really helped!!! i wanted to clarify one more thing, if i buy more than one tickets with the same name (one account) ex; all the tickets have my name on it, will my friends/family as a group will be able to enter using those tickets? because the tickets will be purchased from one account how can i change the names?

1. According to livenation (the organizer), yes they can still enter as long as you are with them as they enter.
But actually, they didn’t check the names when we entered the venue. They just checked our bags and scanned the tickets. Haha.
2. In changing names, I think thaiticketmajor has a booth on the day of the event. As far as I can remember, you can have your names changed there. But for online changing of names, I’m not quite so sure if it’s possible. You can try sending an email to thaiticketmajor. They usually reply ☺️

If you use Chrome I think there’s an option to save your details.

thank you for your tutorial. actually i will be going for stray kids concert in bangkok, and it’s my first time buying ticket myself. however i noticed live nation mentioning a statement saying passport number is required upon ticket purchased. i can’t provide my passport number because i have not renew my passport and it need some time to process. so may i know does ticketing website need passport number and does live nation TH usually will bring us to the third party ticketing website called thaiticketmajor?
Based from experience, they did not ask us anything about our passport even in the ticketing website. Even when we entered the venue (although they said they will be checking our passports but it didn’t happen).

Hi! :) I'm actually not quite so sure about this. Maybe not since it'll be two different dates? Just check for updates on the promoter's social media accounts. They might post more details about that. :)

Not really unless you’re claiming a physical ticket that’s when they will check your passport

@@la______99 hi! For my experience, I did have some problem during the payment with my card. I’m not sure it was because of the wifi connection or not but please check your internet beforehand. I’m also planning to go to Agust D concert in BKK as well! Good luck! :))

Hi! Well based from my experience they didn’t check the names on our tickets. They just scanned our tickets. I asked someone before and she said that they only checked their passports when they exchange their e-tickets to a physical one.

Just had one query, I recently purchased a ticket and got payment confirmation on email, but haven't received any other email on e ticket ever since, it's been more than 24 hours. However, I can see my e ticket on the website under my tickets section! Is this normal? or should I contact customer support?
If you can see your eticket there, something like “this is your ticket” then I guess there’s no problem with it. Because that is also the same eticket you will receive in the email if ever. But just to be sure, you can email TTM. They usually reply. ☺️

You only need the power of attorney if it’s not under your name and/or the card that you used is not under your name (if I’m not mistaken).

Hi! Regarding the vaccination email, this one depends on the show I guess. For seventeen be the sun in bkk, it was required. But for other shows, I guess it’s not really required?

Hi! Unfortunately, there was no physical ticket in bangkok if we chose eticket. 🥲 But the eticket is already enough to enter the venue. ☺️
Did they scan the E ticket from your phone?
Does the e-ticket get you into the venue? I won't be able to exchange for a physical as I'm arriving the night before.

They can still scan it even with phone. But I also printed it just in case.

Hi! I’m not so sure with the show’s guidelines tho (so it’s possible that you’ll receive only one email?). As far as I know you should receive the order confirmation on the email. There will be guidelines there on how to get your physical ticket.
If it’s not in the email, you can check your purchase history on your profile in ttm and you can print your purchasing confirmation.

I was having a discussion with my other carat friends who are also international carats they said they saw tweets too to put number like 000000080 or 000000000 or non-telephone numbers as the communication will be through mail only and the number is just for locals and that's how they did. Not really required especially if your ticket in an eticket. For the vaccine information, it actually depends on each show. For seventeen’s show, it was required that everyone was vaccinated that’s why we have that email. For other show, I’m not so sure.
How do you apply for pre-sale if you have a blackpink membership card?
I'm not sure with blackpink tho but they'll probably post a link on weverse wherein you can apply your membership there. That's how it was with Seventeen.

Hi! No you don’t need to exchange your ticket if you opted for eticket. In our case nga, hindi kami pinayagan mag-exchange ng eticket namin to physical ticket. So once may eticket ka na pwede ka na makapasok sa venue. ☺️

Hi! I’m not really so sure but I guess so. Unless the concert was cancelled or moved to a different date then that gives everyone the right to refund.

Hi! :) If you have your e-ticket already, I think that is enough to enter the venue (I'm still waiting for final instructions from the organizer regarding this tho). But if you want to exchange your e-ticket to physical ticket, POA is really needed. I actually asked some international fans who attended a concert in BKK recently and they told me that they prepared those things to claim their physical ticket.

Check po your connection? Kasi according to some people na nagtanong din saken, hindi nila naaaccess yung site kapag sa wifi nila sila nakaconnect. But nung nagphone data sila naaccess nila.
