Very informative video about stroke... It's very strange for me, and good news , We can know before having a stroke and it is curable if we go to the right place within four hours
The main thing is to make sure that the hospital has facilities and experienced doctors to perform thrombolysis. This is not a difficult procedure and usually only needs a CT scanner. It must be performed within 4 hours. Longer than that and it carry a risk of haemmorage in the brain.
