Go to dermatologist and Hakeem if you have acne on full face and it's big. Otherwise it's just a waste of money and time, because they cure acne not permanent remove it. I think that they have a under a table aggrement with beauty industry.
If you have small or medium type of acne just cut off your oily and hot food, and never ever eat spicy food. If oil is in your face just use normal or salicylic acid facewash. It will help alot.
Note that don't fight with acne, and don't remember or give importance to it.

Parts of this is valid especially about not using steroids and the adapalene advice but part of it is horrendously incorrect advice about the diet. A lot of people have no dietary allergies or intolerances towards the food list mentioned. Acne should be treated by first finding the root cause, whether it is hormonal imbalances or dietary intolerance/allergies or a mineral/vitamin deficiency. This is incredibly generic information. Medical advice on dietary intolerances should not be thrown around without quoting research papers or mentioning IGF and dairy if you do want to speak about that. ( Though many people do not have dairy-induced acne ). Before prescribing anything why don't we run mineral, vitamin & sex hormone, cortisol panels to first find the cause of acne rather than pushing band aid solutions.
