I'm confused about who Esther and Jerry are and the whole Abraham/Esther&Jerry characters. I have pretty much filled in the blanks myself, but I would finally Love to understand fully so I can appreciate better.

I saw in an interview she did he was an entity that came from the spirit world and showed her how positive thinking and how we can create and get as we wish.
