Hi @Rahul Wagh, when creating ec2 instances with a launch template how can I give a Name for that instance. I see that you haven’t given any name and it is blank, how can I add a Name there using cloud format script so that i can also see the Name of the instance along with the instance id and state in the console

Hi Raghul, i have followed the steps mentioned by you, but while trying to connect to instance with public address i am getting "timed out, or not able to connect" eventhough i have enabled port 22(ssh), port 80(http) and https(443), also provided route access to internet gateway, pls help me on this

The Problem is you forgot to add #!/bin/bash in user data
#!/bin/bash

If we are going to install only apache2 then why do we need to select the source template which contains docker (mentioned in user data)?

Actually you do not need to use docker for apache2 installation
