As an outsider looking in ( Canada) The hope the Harris/Walz ticket brings is felt even up here.
I do worry though about what will Trumps supporters do after Harris trounces Trump and sends his ass packing.
Looking at how many showed up for his trial, bookings, etc., I wouldn't worry too much. Slow though our legal system is, the hundreds of convicted 1/6 insurrectionists has put quite a damper on trying that again. I also suspect Biden will have the National Guard assisting the Capital Police in making preparations to prevent another such occurrence. I suspect they'll make a lot of noise in the media, but nothing will really come of it.

Me and my wife did this on our own and we're encouraging others to do it. Will do it again in late September. We also plan on standing on a corner with our Harris/Walz signs urging folks to vote (in Sept/Oct-too hot right now).
