The thing is, the reason for Lakers having leads in game 1 and 2 is that Denver missing open shots, Jamal playing horrible until that 4th quarter in game 2. Now that Denver has that confidence again, and once Jamal and MPJ play great together offensively, Lakers are cooked. And Denver is comfortable playing in LA

And about losing in the Finals, it's obviously better to get to the Finals and lose than to not get that far. Most of those teams LeBron led to the Finals had no business getting close to that far without him. There's only so much one man can do, and he's done a lot. Check the postseason records above.

I’m a knick fan first and foremost but Sixers SHOULD win this game cause they’ll be the more desperate team. If the Knicks win this one it’s over. Also if I’m the Knicks, I would try to mix is up offensively. The main thing they should do is play Bogey more and get him in pick and pop situations with Brunson. Knicks depend so much on the pick and roll, they need to give the sixers a different look. I would also want to see if they can give deuce McBride point guard duties for some stretches with him and Brunson on the floor and let Brunson play off the ball. McBride clearly is capable of running the offense. We’ve seen it in two games.

the Lakers can't keep up over 48 minutes energy wise, every time they play the Nuggets they gass out at the end (or sometimes in the 3rd quarter already) while the Nuggets turn up the tempo and intensity at the end

AD scoring 0 points in the 4th, AD committing a dumb 4th foul in the 3rd. AD’s bad defense, on Joker’s and one, LeBron’s missed 3, his late foul on Murray, them somehow allowing MPJ to get a 3 when Lebron scored on a one on 2 fastbreak, Hachimura playing 38 minutes and only having one field goal.

Shaq is right about focus. Lakers miss the small details and that's either on LeBron or Ham. For example, thinking they are getting fouled so instead of getting back on defense they throw their hands up and pout. That causes a mismatch on defense. Thats a 4-5 point swing

i think denver just understands how to play at their altitude. they had the same steady-slow pace up until the thrid quarter and then they started to really ramp up the speed. they knew the lakers would go too hard too early, and they beat them that way. i think it'll be a different denver these two games in la. i think they'll push it earlier. get the brooms out.
