The Supreme Court ruled that divorced Muslim women have the right to claim financial support from their husbands. The Apex Court emphasised the importance of acknowledging the contributions and sacrifices of homemakers. When you don't know Sharia, why do you comment? The woman receives Mehr at the time of marriage which runs in to lakhs of rupees/ 100000 pounds in Sudan. She gets share in her husband's and father's property as well. Does Hinduism allow women inheritance? No. She gets only dowry and ornaments at the time of marriage. That too is with the husband.

Many laws in sharia are against women but infavour of men.
So indian constitutional laws should be applicable to all people in India .
@@bijoydasudiyaHinduism allows or doesn’t allow has no bearing with civil procedure in a court of law, if a woman is rightful heir they can get legal heir certificate and inherit whatever there’s to inherit. There’s no Hindu personal law board unlike Muslims and even if there was most Hindus would still visit a normal court. Do less gobbling of mulla’s dick.

It's against shariya law. This bjp government is against Muslim men. Muslim men & moulvis will reject this law. If at all Rahul was pm, as per there manifesto, food & personal law is there choice.
