Victron Smart Shunt or BMV 712? (which one you might want)

Why you might want a Victron BMV 712 over a Victron Smart Shunt or vice versa. You may also be looking at the Renogy 500A Battery monitor with shunt.
When wiring your camper van there's many different options to choose from, some being much more costly than others. If you want help setting up your camper van electrical system then don't hesitate to contact me :-)
If you're running a Cerbo GX and a Touch then you'll want to opt for the Smart Shunt rather than the BMV 712 as your display will be on the GX Touch screen.

I have the BMV712 not the smart, how do I get data via Bluetooth to my app ?

If it’s not the smart model it won’t have Bluetooth :-)
