- What a surprise! The French brand Serica is known for robust tool watches. But now it has announced the Serica Parade - a very ambitious dress watches that looks like something straight out of a Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra movie.
But despite its old role models the Parade will be a lot tougher than it looks.

Very glad to see interesting designs, especially if they are not for everyone.
Price point definitely a little high though.
It’s a interesting design and I appreciate the attention to detail in matching the buckle shape and finish to that of the watch head. But the price is pretty steep.
I had a chance to try it on. It looked interesting though strange on my (male) wrist. But on my wife’s wrist it looked pretty cool!
I have a Serica and love the brand's design language. I really wanna like this one but I just don't. Cheers to anyone that it speaks to.
very beautiful watch, the price though... not very nice. Really wonder why they didnt went with Quartz - this way it could be even slimmer also.
Very attractive, but at a price that may reflect both the lesser appetite for dress pieces and the divisive nature of the design, in other words likely lower volumes. Therefore I'm especially glad they really pushed the boat out creatively. There are many welcome 1970s aspects about this approach and yet it seems both more contemporary and refined than period peers. I could be persuaded...
Great Design... A little expensive... Maybe £1000...
A quirky design that I find rather attractive.
If I still owned a tuxedo I would buy the watch to go with it.
I love Serica. Their sense of style is quirky and uninhibited. This one would be great wear to watch polo or at a swanky soiree. I don't follow polo nor do I soiree so it's a pass for me. Cheers!
It tries to be two things at the same time, sporty and dressy, but I don't think it works. It is certainly different though!
Reminds me of a Patek Ellipse
I’ll pass on this one. The Serica Commando is the one I went for.
A1
A very nice and elegant watch
I don't think he would have worn that
I wear anything I want but I don't want the Serica.😊
I have been into watches for twelve years. For all that time, I have wondered when the 1970´s ugliness would go away. Never, apparently.
No. Just no.
