Puts those to shame who can’t even service their own cars.. whoever gets this car will be in a treat however I should point out that insurance on this thing will be ridiculous as the amount of mods is endless. I doubt anyone would manage to get insurance on it

Who ever wins should upgrade the oil filter housing and the oil Gasket that fails to an aluminium insert instead of the rubbery plastic.

Hey, I'm really looking forward do doing something like this once but I'm intimidated because when you disassemble the car there are so many parts. How do you keep track of everything and not forget where every part and bolt goes? I literally have 0 experience with cars and the most complicated thing I've done so far is install an ambient light kit on my bmw.

Anyone who does is basically braking the law as you should have told the dvla that the cars engine displacement has changed and its now producing the same emissons as a m140

Guys, don't forget, since you are paying insurance for a 118i, ok, the costs will be lowered, if your car crashes, they will give you the money for a 118i, not the m140i, don't forget about it.
If your insuring it as a stock 118i i think you will have vastly bigger problems lol 🤣😂
If you insure it propperly including all the m140 stuff then no they will pay you appropriatley not the full wack of a 140 but they would be much more fair on the value based on the work, especially if you have recepts.

Not really a scam per-se, but you only get 50% of the cash if not all the tickets are sold, not 75% as he says on the vid.
Love the work and effort into this but mate to call this a m140i evo is just daft 😂 its a 118 evo if anything at all 😂 Evo implies its a serious evolvement of the base 140i which this isnt you did the basic mods all us 140i owners do lol.
Maybe if you had done the euro awd swap and then more than just the bog standard mods on top we could talk about it being a m140 evo 😉👍
