You will play through the dlc until you reach an area that seems to be The Janitor's workshop. In this room, on the back desk is a wooden nome that can be picked up, and you'll need to grab this and continue through a section of the story with it in order to throw it into the main furnace. Upon doing so, the achievement will unlock.
