Sega Genesis Gameplay - Battletoads [2 Players]

Battletoads is a beat 'em up game developed by Rare and released for the Genesis. Players take on the roles of Zitz, Rash, and Pimple as they fight their way through a variety of levels to save their allies from the evil Dark Queen. The game features unique mechanics, such as vehicle-based levels and morphing attacks, as well as humorous dialogue and memorable boss battles. With its challenging difficulty and wacky sense of humor, Battletoads has become a cult classic among gamers.

This is the superior battletoads. The graphics are better, the music has that more heavy metal feel (to suit most games released on the console going for that style of music) and the 2 player isn’t fucked up when u get to the 11th level like the nes version

But the Genesis controller d-pad feels a lot less precise compared to the NES controller.

The audio in this game has the stink of GEMS all over it. There are NES games that sound better than Genesis games that use GEMS.
