¿Tarta de queso Vasca? Llámalo de otra forma, la tarta la viña no se hace así, es mucho más simple, otro tipo de queso, no lleva arándanos, ni ningún tipo de frutos. Se hace en apenas 20 minutos. Aunque no dudo que la que se hace aquí esté buenísima.
I'll give credit to the guy @ 0:53 using a zest grater correctly. You don't use it upside down, but rather right side up for 2 reasons. 1: So you can actually see when you're grating too far ( into the white ), and 2: So you can collect the zest on top to portion pour into your bowl.
The problem is Korean desserts rarely taste like real desserts. They're simply not that sweet. I'm sure the Spanish original tastes better than the Korean version.
That's true! But trust, I've have had some great basque cheesecakes at Korean cafes before. It's not easy to find, but once you do, hold on tight. I enjoy Korean style, but understand that once in a while, sweet and heavier flavor craving.

It's overcooked. It's supposed to be caramelized on the outside but the center should be soft and creamy like a custard. Those look like regular cheesecakes but with a caramelized crust on them.
