清水は本当に正確で安定したプレイを素晴らしく良い音で聴かせてくれるね。
聴いてて惚れ惚れする。

I love Loudness but Anthem are my favorite Japanese Metal Band. They are just so heavy and talented. They always have a great singer and I don't understand the Japanese language but I really enjoy the balls out style Japanese metal singers have. The guitarists are just crazy good! The whole band rocks and it makes for some awesome heavy music.
Good point. I've heard some of the Screamo/Emo bands from Japan and they suck just like the ones in the states do LOL.

Japanese dudes that love metal are the best thing in the world to me.
No matter how many times I listen to songs like these, it never gets old. In fact, I really hope that they'll do even more of them and, hopefully, I get the chance to listen to their own style of Heavy Metal! Long live ANTHEM!!! ^^

Konami Shooting Battle & Dracula Battle albums brought me here. Came full circle to where it all started: Naoto Shibata's ANTHEM. to be fair, it is Eizo Sakamoto's signature guitar sound and technique that makes both projects instantly recognizable. Anthem was on hiatus from 92 until 2000 and those 6 Konami albums filled that void perfectly.
the bass line on this song is amazing. love it.

Awesome. Guitarist doesn't over do it with the solos, keeps it in a good beat and melody. Bassist is also #$%$# damn good, no words to describe it. Overall a very good piece you don't get tired of.

I'm not a jealous man but I have dreamed of owning a schecter guitar and the heaviest and baddest amps out there if u ask me, Hughes and Kettner. I really dig these boys. Ultra talented and underrated. Big time. Loudness is done in my book. These guys took over.

Anthem to me is the greatest Heavy Metal band in the world!! srsly these dudes don't fuck around, in their 30 year carrier they haven't yet released a single bad album and thier songwriting gets better and better
IMO they are mighter than the gods of heavy metal Judas Priest.
