RPG Mini Robotic Chain on Edge Spray Painting Line

RPG mini robotic spray painting line via chain spindle conveyor system. Multi axis sprayer is intalled in front of spray booth for automatical spraying when objects pass through. Fixtures on chain spindle can be freely adjusted to fit with different sizes of products spraying. Once product is properly coated, conveyor will move coated pieces into a dryer for quick drying or flash off.
Since there's not any type of transfer between spraying and drying, it reduced any potential dust pollution on wet surface, thus the finishing quality is greatly improved.
Spraying method and robot is fully programmable to deal with different products painting requirement.
