No. The plate will work against you. Look for a non-plated daily trainer and not necessarily max stack as that can impact the stability when at slow speeds.
Depends on feel. Superblast is lighter and faster, but the Skyward X is more cushioned and high volume. Whichever feeling you like more you should pick! If I was doing my daily training miles, I would go with the Skyward X, but if I needed something more well rounded for speed and easy runs, then I would pull out the Superblast! - Brandon
