I'd love to see a boy doll with makeup, I'd also like a girl doll with no makeup and a less feminine style! A goth character that isn't an antagonist would also be lovely, especially maybe a shy goth girl? There's so much room to expand this line so there's a doll for everyone.
I really hope we get more diversity in boy dolls! That’s something we’ve really been lacking in when it comes to higher quality fashion dolls and it makes me sad

I plan on getting a second or more than one River doll some day and make the hair Pink some how or get rid of all the hair to make him or one of him Bald so that one can wear wigs. Already have a box of things I started putting together waiting for him. So far he does not have much but I plan to add more eventually. I gotta make and / or find some good shirts , pants , and shorts. I have a pair of sun glasses and a skirt waiting for my Pink theme guy. I have some cute things in there waiting to be turned into jewelry or some thing , plans to add more stuff in the future , cute accessories , ect. The sun glasses are Minnie Mouse related and the skirt used to belong to one of my Wild Hearts dolls.
MGA absolutely saved 2020 for a lot of us! Also they are throwing SOOO much shade at mattel and it's hilarious! Im just waiting for another lawsuit 😂

i totally agree we need more boy dolls, in various skin tones, shapes, sizes, and with quality. And we need to talk more about men's mental Health.
I guess it makes sense that River has a muscular body since he’s in the football team and plays sports. I would be shocked and impressed if MGA does release another boy doll with a different body mold, maybe for Aidan.

I think the cheer ones went up on Target today I didn't know the wig did. I wish the hoods fit the heads and I wish the shirt tied around the waist was functional. I noticed Kia got 1 too in her 2nd look. And especially her being $40 I wish it was a real shirt like useable to wear. Omg thank you I struggled with the socks too. His jeans can fit on the girls which I love.
i fell like he looks a lot younger than the girls do. i wish his face looked more like his box art, bc his box art makes him look older.
They HAVE to have LGBTQ+ representation eventually! I mean, the theme is basically a Pride flag lol Their stories are just being told so who knows what will come. There is still a lot of room in their stories to include our diverse, colourful, talented and beautiful community! I can't wait to get my hands on all the dolls. Great vid and can't wait for the next one!
River is such a cute doll, and a super welcome addition to the bunch. I will say I had the hardest time deciding on an outfit for him though. The look I finally went with was jacket and pants from his first outfit, white tshirt, shoes and socks from his second outfit. It made a more cohesive outfit that looked like something a guy would actually wear. lol...

So glad that they sent you this and the wig. You deserve it. I agree that RH could use a bit of different characters to show a diverse academy however I am sure that MGA have to balance the wide appeal of these dolls and sadly in some countries, diversity isn't celebrated. If it's subtly done, then maybe they could do it. I would like more boys personally, they should have at least a third boy to girl ratio.
Fun fact... My son Kayden looks exactly like River Kendall right down to the hair and everything... And because we both have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome we can both do that foot trick just like the doll!

Ofc kids can make uo their own relationships and characters using these dolls but having a kid show with healthy lgbt characters would be awesome. Especially if they are Bisexual. Please. My bisexual heart needs it...
Yeah they can do so many things and they can be soft it doesn’t have to be a big deal, is time for the next generation not to suffer the lack of representation

For their first boy doll they did really good! I like his hair and eyes a lot. Gotta love the real fake eyelashes!! I totally relate to the cat story. My cat Yua (Japanese for love) uses her claws for EVERYTHING and loves to walk over me for no reason! She’s damn lucky she’s cute.

Totally agree hope they have a make doll with make-up and would be awesome if they avoid the stereotypes and make some unique dolls. Ouch about your cat that would have hurt 😨. I agree with you completely! I feel like MGA isn’t a queerphobic company, but I worry that they may be forced to change the rating of the show if they add more representation because of how weird America is. So I don’t know if we’ll get what we want.

I really love him and he, Amaya, Krystal and Karma are my MUST HAVES! Has anyone ever realised that Skylars and his shoe have a small connection? Skylars secons pair is also blue with a tiny bit of orange and so are his sneakers! I really love that detail! I always loved the anime Gokinjo Monogatari and Paradise Kiss, where the heros are on a fashion school and they are so diffrent. I would totaly ship a rocker girl or a gothic! And a boy with makeup? For sure!

In the amaya vid you should probably wash the gel out of her hair, it's real crunchy. I suggest washing it with dish soap then adding conditioner, brush, wash out and wait to dry then brush.
im not even into doll collecting but im in LOVE with the new amaya shes just a rainbow dream i cant wait to see if the wig is actually any good quality cuz i feel like if it is the cosplayers will be very happy and river is also very precious

I can’t wait for the brunette ponytail girl in yellow! Her look is so inspired by Cher from clueless (not the first time MGA has used the look) and I love it! Plus, also love the realistic hair colour for once ... But it’s all gonna depend on her personality for me as to whether I get her when she comes out...

I love your channel and because of you I have a brand new American Girl Doll sitting on my bed. I know there are cheaper dolls out there that are probably just as good but I’m in adult and when I was a kid I always always wanted an American girl doll like my cousin but we couldn’t afford it and I think I told you this on Instagram but you really inspire me to be myself and to do the things that I love or always wanted to do.
I changed up my content on UA-cam a little bit I’m a very very small small channel my videos are just for fun mostly hauls but I started doing more toy collection videos and I’ve gotten a little bit of heat for it but I’m still gonna do it because I love it so thank you very much for being an inspiration to just be who you are no matter what.
You saying you’d like to see representation like transgender dolls and such is the most beautiful thing I ever heard.
Not all the boys should have makeup but there should be a variety (only bc if all or most had makeup well it’s representative and valid I worry doll lines give makeup to boys as a way to market to girls and say look just cuz it’s a boy does not mean it’s not just basically a girl doll fashion wise. Or because the company can’t do boys so they just make very féminin boys.)
But your right about the art school thing and I’d love see that we just need more boy dolls in general besides just Ken.
I went to school with a guy who were eye shadow, mascara, & lip gloss. He was very artistic & left handed. He wasn't gay. Though he loved to dress differently. Girls had crushes on him. I went to school with a couple gays. We had so much fun! I had no idea then. They could use my school for characters! That was 1971 - 1975.

Honestly from river,Rocker boi river is more worth also I'm not counting the price,second outfit just the design,looks and honestly River is much healthier than rock boi as he kinda looks like he hasn't ate in years but river also has a flaw which is his hair also Stella just magically appeared.Also River being a theater kid/a football player seems familiar right...Also skylar,river having the same number is very confusing as skylar just had some boy drama so I'm not sure.
