@@LinkRocks I was actually talking about mainstream. I know good music like this is still out there. I guess I just resent how country has been perverted into what it is today.
In Cullman Alabama once a year they have a show called Rock the South what ever you hear there can't touch this kind of Country Music 🎶🎶🎶🎶 wooooooo 🎶🎶🎶🎶 wooooooo Johnny from Alabama
I loved Highway 101 back in 1988-89, and just like any great band that spends 295 days on the road, tempers, egos, fighting, booze, drugs and money broke them up. What a shame. ☹️
Paulette wanted to go solo so she left the band. They managed to get another hit with Nikki Nelson and "Bing Bang Boom" and a moderate hit with "The Blame" but after that it was all but over for the band. It is true that Jack had a drinking problem and he has since recovered from and is now an alcohol and drug counselor.
Define woke. This song is about a person growing out of a relationship with a party animal when she wants to settle down and raise a family. Oh by the way they shot this video at a wind turbine farm, isn't that "woke" according to you dorks?
The most beautiful voice in country music. Ever!
The very best of that era of country music
What a great voice and a great band sound
It's sad they don't make music like this anymore.
They do, it's just not in the mainstream world. That's why you have to branch out and discover music on your own.

Love this band! The drummer was quite a story! Lost his foot and is married to Wynona Judd! Great Band to drink to too!😆

Great song for two steppin'
I was torn when they split.🦇
wow
Saw them live 3 x
Say them once live with the sweethearts of the rodeo in 89 was well worth the cost of the ticket.
First!!
That's what anti-woke music sounds like folks!
