Yes yes 🙌🏽 I know I mentioned that they took that out (and I don’t know why I said that lol) , that was a mistake on my part. But ALSO just reiterates my message later on to ask questions ( like so ) and to research things on your own!
Upon further review, I was totally meaning senactive and I said Astrigin lol each and every time

I'm never good at reading or understanding the ingredients, so does this have anything that isn't in most other pre workouts? Got this a week ago and every time I've taken it I've gotten pretty damn nauseous. First pre workout to do this to me since C4 sport
I prefer the V3 formula since I can’t handle the alpha yohimbe in V2.

I feel like V3 is too many steps back and not forward. Globally and for distribution purposes the label make sense. Ghost will be able to reach a larger market at a reduced price potentially increasing exposure and cash flow by consolidating costs.
Unfortunately it literally takes away ingredients in which built a quality ED pre-workout. I'm a huge fan of the brand but this v3 formula is not legendary.
Customers are better off paying for Raw Essentials Pre-workout for $15 dollars less.
Ghost is awsome and it hurts to have a negative opinion but I'll be stocking the shelf with V2 from GNC; afterwards who knows when I'll buy Ghost Pre again!😢

Yeah, All Out is pretty good. Definitely slaps. Reminds me of CGv4 with more caffeine. As much as I love Ghosts flavors I appreciate the attention to detail regarding ingredients. I truly hope we see more collaborations with unique formulas. The man likes trying new things! 😀
The Ghost Thavage collaboration was my absolute favorite. Formula was awesome and taste fantastic. Honestly if they do that again add 100g of Dynamine for focus. I could see a Ghost Inaka collaboration happening this year; just assuming.
Regarding caffeine:
I try keeping caffeine consumption to 200-300mg daily but will incorporate a pump product in-between workouts; normally for Back&Biceps.
Enjoy Ghost Pump but Alpha Lion Superhuman Pump is my absolute favorite.
