So I'm going to share my observations because if you are marketing to the diaspora you need to build your homes according to what we're accustomed to. We need walk-in closets we don't do wardrobes over here in the West wardrobes cannot fit our clothes we also need pantries to store our food not under the counter cabinets or above we need a designated pantry in our kitchen. We also need wall space in the bedrooms to fit a queen / king size bed. Having two three windows in the bedroom takes away the wall space to be able to fit an adult size bed in the bedrooms. There needs to be a hot water tank on the premises designed for the entire house not in individual rooms let's start thinking central ac. Also start building your compounds with more green space and less cement it's always good to have a garden someplace you can plant food. What I'm noticing taking place in Ghana is that you guys are building row houses stacked next to each other with no green space and all the designs look the same they're called "cookie cutter" homes. Not everyone is interested in this type of home so yes 50k May appeal to some people but you get what you pay for because there's a lot that's missing!
Yeah yeah, there are other properties for that level of customization and definitely not 50k. You cant expect all in a base home at 50k. I am sure what you are accustomed to is no where low to this price tag
Now this is what I’m talking about. More reasonable. Those other prices nobody can afford….$100k .$300k. People think people the average working person in the states can afford those prices.😂😂😂 Beautiful home. How far is shopping? Is it a planned community?
@@solomonboateng both I will need an immediate property when I arrive in Ghana which will then be converted to income generating after a permanent home is built
Nice house at good realistic price
