Honestly, it's kind of tough to say. You can say obito might have better stats than itachi, but itachi has an insane arsenal that gives him a fighting chance against almost any opponent

No he didn't one-shot obito. He attempted to hit obito numerous time, and finally hit him once by using himself as lure. He only be able to hit him once after taking the greatest risk ever. Then Obito retreated without any injury. The white zetsu arm means nothing to him. It's interesting to see someone who think himself knows better than Minato does. As a genius, what minato's thoughts has more authority than any reader.
