Chaos Mode Challenge Part 1

Rules:
Start with zero simoleans, an empty starter home except you may choose 1 skill building item and one sellers table.
2. Use doorways or arch ways but no doors allowed.
3. Turn on all the lot challenges, choose lot traits that are also challenging and haunted house if you have that available.
4. Choose a full-time career.
5. Collectibles: you are allowed a home garden and to dig things up in your home neighborhood but you have to sell from your sellers table only; You cannot sell direct from your inventory.
6. Using funds from your sales and career to furnish and decorate your Sims home. When you finish a room you can take off one lot challenge or challenging lot trait.
7. Aspirations and their milestones do not give you anything more than experience and rewards as per their intended design.
8. Most importantly, you cannot save your game until you are done playing. Meaning you can start a save file after creating your sim and getting set up but you cannot save again until just before you are planning to turn your game off.
If it freezes, glitches, lags or crashes sorry but that is just part of the chaos!
