When you go to break the bottle, try this: get an OLD towel that you don't use or are going to toss. Wrap the bottle in that, and then hit it with the hammer as hard as you can to break it on the first try. The towel will help keep glass pieces from flying everywhere, but I would still recommend putting it inside a box like you did as an extra layer of protection. You could probably use a ziploc/plastic bag for this, too, depending on how small the bottle is. I've seen a lot of mosaic artists do the towel thing when they're making their own glass pieces for their art.
Oh it’s the plain sound of breaking glass that speaks to my soul. The high pitched tinkling sound of music to my ears ❤ wish physics allowed for casting sound waves in resin
I have never seen this before, I really like it and it's not just a broken bottle, I see an advertisement about the impact of Coco Chanel Noir perfume, clever stuff 👍Thank you, interesting 💖
OMG, this is beautiful! Coco Chanel, mademoiselle is my favorite! I will do this with my bottle once it’s empty unfortunately it’s clear so I have to think outside the box to make it look as beautiful as this one! Thank you for showing us your❤ you just got a new sub!
'When you said that you were going to break the perfume bottle and use it in resin my first thought was, "Great. Just great. It's going to be like mosaic tiles in resin." Was ready to pass on this and look at other videos, but something told me to just stick around and watch. WOW!! This was awesome!!! It's a unique piece of artwork and there's a depth of symbolism that people can take from this. Loved the color scheme as well. Surrealism............that's the word I was looking for. Love it!!!
I have never seen this done before. How elegant and stunning this turned out. I didn't know that you can buy empty bottles like that. What a beautiful piece of art!!!❤
Wow. This is is beautiful. I just adore the fact that it is a real Channel bottle. It works on every level. So inspired to use chipped perfume bottle to give them a new life. Brava❤❤❤ 8:08
Do you feel like pouring the resin then placing the glass bottle helped with the final product. I usually see people do it the opposite way with placing the glass down first.
This one was my first time doing it so I can't tell you the difference I just went with the flow but now I can understand that putting the glass pieces first make it easy for the final design. Like your happy now so it's time to. Pour.
Like it. However, if you smash anything glass in the future, which I'm sure you will, PLEASE put it inside a plastic carrier bag first and hold down the edges - you wouldn't want a big sliver of glass flicking up into your face. Take care...
Thank you so much for your helpful advice definitely going to do that next time I was actually wearing the resin mask already but still for everyone safety I should have done it but I will add this in description ☺️.
Me desculpe!

🙈 I am sorry you felt this way but it's all in the name of art. Thank you so much you liked it ❤️😊
I love this! You always think outside the box and love how you are displaying your work in your garden, without ‘props’. Xxx

Looks awesome. Did you take the glass out of the frame or just painted the glass? Also did the resin leak out of the back of the frame?
That looks awesome
Thank you 😊
Love it❤
Thank you ❤️
If the bottle had been full and you dropped it, it would break easier 😂. Very interesting project, finished piece looks great 😄❤️🤗
Thank you so much yes that I never thought you are so right 😅😂
beautiful
Thank you! 😊
Hi ! What Kind of resin did u use ? And did the resin leak through the edges of the frame ?
@@shanujaiswal7972 hi ys was a low viscosity resin no the resin didn't leaked it's was a very thin layer.
It's good but the base should be white instead of black so the bottle can be more visible
Thank you so much as I explained in the video it's personal preference if you like to go with white you can I wanted black on black 😊
I want to try some but my resin and harder is 3:1 can you help to calculate to make a picture frame
Beautiful..
Whats the name of the glue?
Thank you it's Resin.
Don't you have to pour a layer to coat the bottle pieces with resin?
No as the base layer is enough for the pieces to not move cover the glass with resin will loose the beauty.
@@teaandart Thanks👍
Did u sell it? if so, for how much u were able to sell it
Eek smashing that bottle. But to make art you have to break a few eggs er bottles? lol. This came out amazing it was worth it.
😁All in the name of art thank you for watching 😊❤️
Did you let it dry by itself ?
Yes It was dried on its own 😊
