- Opened earth, spirits, incantations that earth may once again be fertile and thus ensure the future of the Celts. Samhain, the greatest Celtic Festival, marked the beginning of their New Year - October the 31st - which is now celebrated as Halloween or All Souls night.
Gaelic lyrics
'Sí an ghealach,
mall san oíche.
'Sí an ghrian.
Fán liom go Deo.
Hoireann is O Hi O Ho ra Ha.
'Sí na Samhna,
tús na Bliain Ur.
'Sí an crann marbh.
Deireadh an tuath.
Hoireann is O Ho O Ho ro Ho.
Hoireann is O Ho O Ho ro Ho.
Translation
It is the Moon,
late in the night.
It is the Sun.
Stay with me forever.
It is Halloween,
beginning of the New Year.
It's the dead tree.
End of the tribe

Never heard of this Enya song before. So haunting and relaxing.
A dark and enigmatic track. I love it. Perfect for being in a forest at night.
Enya used the best instruments from the 80s but her voice makes her song truly rememberable.
Chanson et illustration de fin du Monde...
La Vie est rare, fragile, précieuse.
Que cette chanson nous mette tous debout pour protéger la Vie sur Terre.
Magical
Such melancholy lyrics! Hopefully, the eclipse is temporary. As for my tribe, the Dairine, we are still here after 10,000 years.
Enya goddess of song, thanks MARS
