I've heard it said that if you do what you love you'll never work a day in your life. At the very least avocado growers worldwide owe you a big thank you for spreading the love. And it's so educational for us consumers.
I'm so glad you and your family made it safely through Helene and will be safe in this next storm, too. I have been thinking of calling and asking you some ordering questions, but I did not want to bother you if you were in the throes of storm recovery.
Great video! I have ordered avocados from you and they were great! I am also growing Simmonds avocados and waiting on Choquette and Marcus pumpkin to start bearing. I got those varieties to spread out my avocado harvest times to be able to have avocados more months of the year. I learned about that from your channel. Thanks!
Florida orange growers already have a marketing plan and distribution network. Piggyback. Copy them. Don't reinvent the wheel. Get your avocado and mango alongside the oranges. Send your son on the road to call on buyers.
I've never seen a Florida avocado in any produce stand or grocery store in my area. I have seen avocado with produce stickers that say Peru and Mexico. They can ship an avocado from another country. Florida avocado can't ship across the country.
2 years ago, I was in a roundabout and there were objects in the shape of hexagons, so that's when I decided to create my channel and name it roundabout hexagons.
dude, I've told you this before. Never explain a joke. I got it...you didn't have to add "MaRRy". Jokes need to be told with confidence. Explaining the joke projects weakness.
Jeez, that hurricane Milton is going to be a tough one, I sincerely hope you guys will be okay. From the radar I can see that in about 6 hours, the hurricane will be at land and the winds will start picking up. From what I've seen, it's not looking too good for the city called Tampa. There is a chance that the insanely ferocious winds will miss you guys, but you will probably get winds gusting at about 80 mph with a lot of heavy rain. Again, I hope your grove and farm will not be destroyed like Irma or perhaps Katrina. Stay safe!
believe it or not there's one Sleepy Lizard tee shirt all the way over in Australia. my contact info is in the "about" section. reach out and we'll see if you can figure out a shipping option that works for you
Been watching all your videos! I'm actually in Miami and was wondering if you can visit the farm or if you guys just ship? I need to get my hands on your avocados! You should include an "heirloom" style box on your shop, I would love to try all these different varieties!
Im In north central Florida and last live I asked about Oro Negro mine growing and not ready to produce and I see yours is ready to pick and i heard it tastes great please if you live stream/or just taste it plz I'm curious of quality of tase. Thank you

Yes, you're 100% right, I'm a keen observer, I observed the iguana that got trapped into your garage 7 years ago

thanks for the advice
Florida's avocado growers need to step up their marketing and distribution schematic. Hass type avocado are sold everywhere.
I agree
Stay safe Tom .

There's so many Hass avocados in the market, I'm getting sick of it, yet are still tasty, I think there's a variety called Monroe, it's really tasty
I grow Monroe and they are delicious. We being picking Monroe in November and you can get them at www.guacfarm.com
Florida shouldn't only be oranges, should also develop avocados.😊👍💯🦎🥑

damn i love avocados
my house is full of them this time of year.
plase stay safe during the next few days, also anyway to get a sample box instead of all one type.
thank you for the well wishes. we already lost power but it's back on for now. I'm not set up to do variety boxes, we pick one cultivar at a time.
