as a Romanian I would advise you to NOT EAT those first sausages, we call it cabanos and carnati taranesti. that is not traditional romanian food. its heavy processed junk made by big companies ...its nothing like used to be 10-15 years ago. go and eat at a traditional place and enjoy real taste and quality. plenty of good places everywhere.
