I am very jealous that my village does not have a wizard.

Hi Gabriel. Loved the video. Saw Merlin last time we were in the town just before Christmas. He is definitely “ Normal for Glastonbury” Love it. Thanks
Thanks. Merlin is brilliant, and let’s face it anybody whose mission in life is to make people smile is ok in my book. We will be bumping into Merlin in future films I am sure
Sounds exciting Gabriel 👍🏻
Thank you. You and George must take part. You’ve gotta be in it to win it 😀

Sounds good, I have a wind up watch with the makers name on the back Cimea bought in Haiti late 50s early 60s, interesting video Gabriel, thank you
Sounds interesting is it still running
@@GlastonburyGabriel Unfortunately no its not running its got five jewels, a friend worked in a posh jewellers but I think they thought it was above their remit, but I cant throw it coz its so pretty.
While watching this video I looked at my watch in the mirror. It was a time for reflection.
I can tell you as a matter of fact there will soon be a video " A moment of reflection "
This sounds like fun. I work at a historic site and just started learning about older watches and the craftsmanship is fantastic on some of them. Cheers
Thanks for your reply. There will be more watch videos coming along. My interest is in American Railroad pocket watches and I have some so will be telling their story soon.
@@GlastonburyGabriel thanks I as you have just became interested in old pocket watches just in the last few years and found out that they have quite a following.
Me and my wife saw you interview our Merlin at the weekend! I almost went over to say hi to you both and to say I am a subscriber to you're channel!
Hey Tony. Please the next time you send me out and about come over and say Hi. The reason I run the channel is because I really like to meet folk. See you out there somewhere soon😀
Sounds a great idea .Yrs ago there was a man that lived near me used to repair every sort of clicks watches etc .My first watch I was given as Xmas present had a mother of pearl face and it broke and no one could repair it and they couldn’t replace no more made the same . Ps Gabriel I will pm you about that old railway pocket watch I’ve been Ill and a lot going on so forgive the silence
Hi Kath. Sorry to hear you have not been well.I hope you are making a full recovery. That’s a shame about your watch. I am here to tell you that there are some immensely talented people in the watch world and if you still had the watch I would be confident of finding somebody to repair it. The trouble with a lot of keepers in the high stree is a lot of them are simply a retail outlet that farms out repair work Tina centralised or external workshop. If it’s not a standard easy repair you will be told it can’t be done. It a real shame and has caused the premature demise of some lovey watches. Look forward to hearing from you about your watch.
