i did had a theory that talking about content farms kinda ruined youtube, there have been slop channels talking about the lunchly situation all over again.
As an amateur NSFW artist, I find comic dubs quite frustrating. The majority of comic dubs-about ninety-nine percent-feature artwork that has been stolen from NSFW artists. The problem is that UA-cam doesn't have filters for this type of content, meaning almost anyone can access it. I also suspect that about fifty percent of these comic dubs are created by bots, as they all tend to repeat the same content. This situation makes me feel like we live in a "dead internet" theory.
Ehh maybe the dead internet theory isn’t really true in my opinion sense comic dubs just have a lot of bots making them doesn’t mean the internet entirely is dead.

It's not surprising, really. Angsty tween LOVES quirky art that looks as kooky as Pizza Tower, everyone does, actually. It also helps that that the whole thing screams out "scrungly" (corny emoji) Personally, I fucking hate the "scrugly" shit
It doesn't really matter when 1) The guy is targeting this content towards kids (The rest of his videos targets kids games and stuff, he wouldn't post HH/HB content for exclusively adults) 2) The fandom is full of children regardless 3) There are no adult filters on these videos
The entire UA-cam system is totally upside down. Average UA-camrs will get punished for something as simple as cursing or using copyrighted music, yet the site treats these elephants in the room like they're totally normal. Like, they actually seem to be okay with these literal crooks introducing children to things they definitely shouldn't be seeing at certain ages. But when a regular UA-camr spreads awareness to stop it, they're the ones who are treated as the bad guy. What are we gonna do at this point? I feel like even if we were to protest in front of UA-cam headquarters about this problem, they probably still wouldn't care.
